Vision
Our vision is to provide professional therapy in a safe, accepting, confidential and non-judgmental atmosphere - adhering to a foundation of Christian values, but without being religious or imposing any views.
Therapeutic Services
We believe that each individual is unique and so we adjust our integrated counselling approach to best suit each person, rather than trying to fit each person into one mould.
Both individual and couple therapy are offered through our expanding group of counsellors. At present most of our team are located in the Berkshire and London areas. All counsellors are members of professional counselling and psychotherapy bodies (including BACP, BABCP, NCP and ACC) and subscribe to the respective Code of Ethics.
Lucia Hall also offers individual supervision to counsellors and group supervision for Pastoral Care teams.
Seminars & Workshops
Integrative Cognitive Solutions has a range of innovative and exciting seminars and workshops, varying in length from a few hours to a whole day. These include:
Trauma Workshops and Training
*Introduction to Imagery Rescripting and Reprocessing Therapy (IRRT) for Trauma
*PTSD: Introduction to a Systematic Treatment Approach
*A Systematic Approach to Treating Complex PTSD ( 8-10 day workshop)
Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI)
A full day workshop on the tool utilised by most of the world’s top corporations. Lucia is a licensed MBTI Practitioner.
Prepare/Enrich Psychometric Inventory
The world’s most widely used psychometric inventory for marriage preparation and enrichment. Both Lucia & Steven are licensed Prepare/Enrich Trainers.
Keeping Our Churches Safe
A workshop designed by PCCA Childcare to help protect children from abuse.
Temperament and Relationships
A fun and interesting look at the four classic temperaments: Phlegmatic, Melancholic, Sanguine and Choleric.

Quality training courses are one of our real passions - we want to see more well-trained, professional counsellors. We run many courses, most being accredited by the Counselling & Psychotherapy Central Awarding Body (CPCAB) and we are a recognised Open University training provider.
Certificate in Pastoral Care
Designed to train church members, and those in caring professions, to better understand both themselves and others.
Certificate in Counselling Skills
The first step on the road to becoming a practicing counsellor. This level 2 90-hour course is accredited by CPCAB.
Certificate in Counselling Studies
Continuing from Level 2, this 90-hour Level 3 course develops more skills and integrates more theory. Also accredited by CPCAB.
Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling
This 420-hour Level 4 course is an in-depth 2-year course designed to prepare participants to work in counselling agencies. In addition to this training, participants will need to engage in counselling placement of 100 hours. Accredited by CPACB
Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling
This 120-hour Level 5 course prepares participants to be independent counsellors or senior agency counsellors. ICS are proud to be one of the first companies to have a CPCAB accredited Level 5 course.
